This week on the podcast Meredith and Matt share a customer review and introduce what will — sigh — most likely be a regular segment we'll call the Troll of the Week. We dig into troll-like behavior, discuss what informs it, and how we try to cope with it as business owners with a reluctantly public profile. (Hint: we're not very successful at it.)
